Master SoloQ Tier List- Created By Pokemon Unite .GG

What each tier means:
S - Can be picked into literally every game possible. Little to no counter play against these Pokemon if you are really good at them.
A - Can be picked into almost every game possible. Can do a few things to lessen their impact, but they still have a bunch of impact overall. (NOTE: I believe Cinderace is S tier if you are mechanically great at him)
B - Can be picked and provide good to great utility for a team, but can suffer if enemy team comp counters their moves and whatnot.
C - These Pokemon shouldn't ever be picked in this tier, but if you're really good at them, go ahead.

Mini-rant on Absol: I truly believe that if Slowbro did not exist, Absol would be the worst Pokemon in the game and it wouldn't even be close(I'm saying this as an Absol main btw). Only has a decent early game, but can easily be played around if you just look at the map, have a CC(crowd control) Pokemon, or just play to farm. Mid game is dependent upon mechanics and willingness to play around the team. Late game is a horror movie, as there are times when you just can't get in for Zapdos fight or below 2:30 Rotom/Drednaw fight, and you're heavily dependent upon your team engaging with their defenders/supports. I believe that Pursuit and Psycho Cut are his two best moveset combos since it allows you to constantly get in and get out, but it doesn't mean anything if there is a CC bot such as Wigglytuff, Mamoswine, Pikachu, Ninetales, Slowbro, Greedent, or Blastoise, as you will just not be able to move, and then will die to the attackers/speedsters on the way. His Pursuit can literally go on cooldown if the person eject button's away from it or just uses a simple dash in a moveset for whatever reason, meaning that if they eject button, and other people are on the way, you are dead(worst mechanic in the game imo). Night Slash doesn't have any redeeming characteristics to me, as it puts Absol in the middle of fighting everyone if there's a team fight, which is not what he's supposed to do. If the enemy team has good synergy, you will just die every time trying to Night Slash into a team fight. Lastly, his ult is so easy to dodge, as if you just save eject button or a dash, you can literally just move to the side, avoid every hit, and run away. It's really only good for i-frames or just when everyone on the enemy team is crowd control'd.

Pokemon Unite .GG thanks user SonRaigeki for sharing this tier list.

In general, tier lists can be interpreted as follows:

  • S: Top-tier Pokemon. These are the best Pokemon to play in general.
  • A: Great Pokemon. These are great options of Pokemon to play and can provide good synergy to your team.
  • B: Good Pokemon. While these Pokemon aren't necessarily ideal to play, they can provide certain synergies allowing them to perform well.
  • C: Okay Pokemon. These Pokemon are typically less than ideal to play.
