This plays on the stronger basic attacks created from Aqua tail and escape/catch from using Water Pulse. Float stone gives a little extra push to attack and movement which allows in jungle or out but you can swap it for focus band for a little more sustainability. You want to use Aqua tail as far as possible from your target and never stop using basic attacks. Battle item is potion to allow for the last second hit to take your opponent out before they take you out. X speed also is a good choice to get out of hinderances.

This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
