Guide

Lucario can do essentially anything it wants, Top, Jungle, and especially Bottom, whatever the team needs it can do, quick attack is a great move in general and is essentially a damaging eject button with a 6 second cooldown, great for scoring those early goals to stack attack weight, the disadvantage to not running score shield is that its a bit harder to score those larger goals (9 plus) so make sure you don't get too many points before scoring, after you get six stacks which is really simple even without score shield, you become quite powerful, you'll probably have extreme speed by then which pairs really well with razor claw and razor claw pairs really well with attack weight, the way razor claw works is listed in the items section of this build, but what is unlisted is that the more physical attack Lucario has, the more damage razor claw adds to the swirling auto-attack (or any basic attack after a move) independent of the damage already being added by just having more attack from the attack weight stacks, additionally Lucario's ability, steadfast, gives you a shield upon reaching under 50% hp and is set on a 30 second cooldown for each use, what you might not know is that the more attack Lucario has, the bigger the shield, so there is also attack weight synergy there.

Not having score shield gives us an extra item slot, which I chose to use as a focus band, focus band synergizes well with steadfast and make Lucario very, VERY hard to take down without some really major burst and also make it a lot easier to escape conflict, also, our battle item full heal can do a number of things, if you are ever trapped in something or slowed by something or even stunned or frozen, just using full heal lets you get away easily, eject button is another option, but if you know what you're doing you won't need it since you already have great mobility with both of your moves, and in a pinch, your unite move.

After reach level 7 you get bone rush, bone rush adds more mobility and can be used to set a temporary beacon while you go in to attack, then you can teleport back to it when in danger, you'll have to be quick though since the teleport doesn't last too long, but after you get bone rush plus it adds a whole new section of your combo, the combo is: extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, bone rush, teleport, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack. This deal huge damage and is a late-game staple, It's unite move, aura cannon, is a great sniping tool for stealing objectives, and can be used in a brutal combo with a late-game adaptation that gets stronger, the combo is: aura cannon, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, or, the late game version: aura cannon, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, bone rush, teleport, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack,extreme speed, swirling auto-attack. It does so much damage and deals great damage.

Notes:
Extreme speed is great for the bees since they come in a group and extreme speed resets upon hitting a new initial target, it can also be used for crowd control. Be a little aggressive early-game to score as much as you can for the attack weight. also make sure you make use of meteor mash to stun enemies and push them away so you can score, also use quick attack as your eject button to get out of the goal. Lucario's power spikes are at level 5 where it gains 10% crit-rate and 5% lifesteal, it power spikes again at level 9 where it gets upgraded to have 20% crit-rate and 10% lifesteal.

More combos: Early game: Quick attack to get behind enemy, meteor mash. early-mid game: Extreme speed, swirling auto-attack, Meteor mash, extreme speed, swirling auto-attack.

Works Well With

Eldegoss

A great supporter that can make Lucario even faster and practically unkillable with things like leaf tornado, cotton guard, and pollen puff, a powerful lane for sure, and it also happens to be my favorite lane for Lucario.

Zeraora

The Zeraora and Lucario combo is not to be underestimated, both are damage powerhouses with great mobility, and together they can completely steamroll over enemies.

Mr. Mime

Both barrier and guard swap can put a stop to enemies, and the combination of Lucario's power and Mr. Mime's hindering, enemies will have a hard time escaping.
