Because of Blissey's ability to be extraordinary at healing and being a great supporter making sure you can get healed whilst your dishing out damage.
Working with Mr. Mime makes I'd a extraordinary support Mon due to its ability to put up barriers quickly to keep you safe whilst your abilities are on cooldown till you can use them again.
