Average skill level of players utilizing each Pokemon as I've laddered up to Masters on a main account and up to Ultra so far on a second account.

This is NOT a tier list of a character's viability. This is a tier list of how good people are at using Pokemon at higher level. For example, most Cinderaces I've seen have an obsession with throwing Zapdos while in the lead and attacking in front of tanks. Most Cramorants I've played with do a phenomenal job at laning and controlling team fights.

This tier list was created in the game version of 1.1.1.4. Rankings may be inaccurate when compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.

In general, tier lists can be interpreted as follows:

• S: Top-tier Pokemon. These are the best Pokemon to play in general.
• A: Great Pokemon. These are great options of Pokemon to play and can provide good synergy to your team.
• B: Good Pokemon. While these Pokemon aren't necessarily ideal to play, they can provide certain synergies allowing them to perform well.
• C: Okay Pokemon. These Pokemon are typically less than ideal to play.
