Pokemon Unite Tier List Patch 1.1.1.8 - Most ANNOYING Pokémon

This tier list is for the most irritating Pokémon based on many explicit factors such as irritating battle prowess, certain moves, CC and more. I will only be going through S Tier, being self-explanatory, but worth discussing.
Wigglytuff: *asian mum who puts son to sleep with irritating lecture-like punishment, then slap him awake be like. Nah nah just kidding that ain't it. The Sing+Slap strat is literally really overpowered. Maybe not as over powered as builds for, let's say, a Jungler, but it is very offensive, and so, earns itself a place in the S TIER
Pikachu: Pikachu is one of the most annoying Pokémon early game and mid game. Early with Electroweb. Super duper annoying trust me. Electro Ball has also found itself a place in the 'Pokémon moves that I might disgrace later' section of my feelings about Pokémon. That's it, but in my opinion it can get annoying.
Absol: Absol's One Shot Build by Adamocles. Check it out. That's all I have to say.
Snorlax: Very very very tanky. Super good 'wall' Pokémon, so good in fact, that it earns it's place in a tier higher than S TIER in my opinion. It is simply graceful.
Crustle: All right. Who knew that a crab carrying a sedimentary recyclable lasagna on it's back could be the fastest Pokémon in all of UNITE. It's mobility is legitimately scary.
