Damage. Displacement.
Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Attack Weight
Permanently increases Attack upon scoring a goal.
Weakness Policy
Increases Attack based on damage received.
Slow Smoke
Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.

Guide
Very strong and a lot easier to use than the other build power up punch will dash into enemies and deal great amounts of damage make sure to charge it first!. Close combat will allow you to punch up on weight as it deals a considerably high amount of damage, and muscle band will let you deal more damage the higher enemy’s health is. Weakness policy will give you a damage increase after you receive damage and attack weight will boost attack every time you score allowing for more damage and slow smoke can allow a quick getaway as well as slowing and lowering the vision of enemies. Aura cannon will give you a range option as well as boosting power-up punches damage output. X speed also works too.
Other amazing held items for lucario.
Focus band: after taking damage you heal 11% of damage taken for 3 seconds.
Razor claw: after using a move you deal more damage with your basic attacks and since lucario is a melee pokemon enemies are slowed as well.
Rapid fire scarf: increases basic attack speed after 3 basic attacks
Scope lens: increases your critical hit rate and critical hit damage by a bit so basically more damage.
This build was created in the game version of 1.8.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
