Guide

Draining kiss is surprisingly good for killing bosses and keeping allys genned without being in murder range. I say "good", because you're only focusing on one enemy and not multiple like Altaria meaning you need to be careful if you get targetted.

Very simple build. Draining kiss allows you to regen most of your Hp from Altaria and the enemy if the need arises, and has very little cooldown, while being able to heal any ally you get in range of. Gravity disables most of the moves that can counter you, and allows you to do stupid damage when you're within it while also scaring opponents away from you as soon as you do it. Muscle Band is purely for early game sniping + buffing gravity, Shell Bell is an obvious stack on top of your draining kiss (and also saves you if you let an ally into your range while trying to heal) and Energy Amp is because your ult charges stupidly fast AND technically counts as 2 ults, so if you get in a 1v5? Wait till your half health, ult, draining kiss + gravity to trap everyone then Hyper Beam/Close Combat/Fly/Explosion to kill all of them in one shot.
Battle item is Full heal if you are battling the boss, because it gives you 0.3s of invincibility and prevents you from getting one shot by an impossible to avoid attack. Otherwise, X speed
There is no good emblem build for Clefable, as Clefable has a giant Spc. Atk stat (https://unite-db.com/pokemon/clefable) that works like Pikachu, and youtubers unfortunately use Spc Atk builds. My personal most recommended build is Hp and Atk speed/Hinderance Resist, but you might be able to find your own notch with the Dragonite set.

Works Well With

Blissey

Got a good Blissey who chose the Helping Hand moveset by accident? Good, you now have a support that deals surprising amounts of damage. Blissey usually dies a lot with this set as she has no self regen and only shields and effect nullification, but Clefable fixes this by Draining kiss give the both of them insane healing. Add with the shield given from healing and Safeguard, and you have a snowball.

Decidueye

Clefable is great for forcing the team to send one mon at a time to fight them, and Decidueye is great for sniping pokemon from a distance. Together? drag the opposing team into bad positioning/Decidueyes range and watch as the entire team dies to one spirit shackle.

Tyranitar

Blissey doesn't have the quick healing nor the speed to keep up with Tyranitars murder spree, but Clefable? fast enough to keep up with it and additionally disable most moves that stop Tyranitar from dealing as much damage as possible, allowing for quick and easy team wipes.
