Guide
Early Game: You have X-Speed for a reason, well two. Chasing, and which is better for early game, GETTING THE HECK OUT OF FIGHTS. So, the plan is to try to stack, fight a bit, and run. Hopefully, you can get Dragon Rush fast enough to start dealing damage. Excessively.
Mid Game: Now with (hopefully) both moves and most of your stacks, combat is a lot easier as well as securing objectives. If you get to level 9 quickly enough, Livid Outrage can help you abuse the heck out of your opponents as well as crowd control.
Late Game: You should at least have Dragon Rush+, if not both moves alongside Livid Outrage and be ready to help secure objectives and fend off opposition. And by fend off I mean obliterate. Your damage output is cranked up to the maximum, and likewise, you'll hit like a truck.
Overview: While you hit like a truck on effin' steroids, you've got to understand when to fight, and when to take flight (cause garchomp can fly eehehheheheh). You can threaten teams with ease, but when overwhelmed, its best you run.
