this build feels pretty consistent rn, and you can use other items as well such as energy amplifier for cdr (and to do a million damage with ur ult), and aeos cookie for even MORE hp
x speed is good for mobility or whatever (x speed is always good)
early game secure as much farm as possible with pound while also healing your lane partner if they're low
if your partner is stacking then let them have most of the farm
essentially just do your job as a supporter, come to teamfights all the time and heal anyone that is low hp, your teammates will love you
use bliss assistance in teamfights on your carry, that's all you gotta do
it can also damage and stun enemies in the way of your unite move
a good boost emblem loadout for blissey is 6 green, 7 black, and 2 white

Works Well With
literally any all-rounder can benefit from blissey's eggs, not just lucario
the same goes for attackers and speedsters, carries like cinderace and gengar
trevenant can lane with blissey and heal so much they are basically immortal
