Guide

Early: You want to stack up a few times not only to apply pressure, but also boost your attack with Attack Weight. If you go top or bottom, it's alright. However, going jungle is just as fine for this if not better.

Mid Game: You should at least be close to Swords Dance if you don't already have it by now. When engaging or trying to secure objectives, always apply pressure with a mix of Bullet Punch and your basic attacks to deal increasing damage. If you DO, have Swords Dance, use it whenever it's off cooldown while fighting enemies or securing objectives. Combined with the three-to-five hits from Bullet Punch, and you'll start quickly racking up damage.

Late Game: At least get Bullet Punch+, and prepare to help ypur team secure Zapdos/Rayquaza. Illusion Dive wont be as useful as Scyther's, but the push can help with crowd control. Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, the stacks and your boosted attacks from Weakness Policy and Muscle Band combined will help to threaten anyone in your way.

Overall: Scizor can be a destructive force of nature used in the right hands. As long as you can stay alive, you're a permanent threat.

Works Well With

Mr. Mime

Power Swap is essentially the best move to run despite the nerfs, and with Psychic, your opponents now need to be very wary of you. Barrier helps to escape close calls as well.

Buzzwole

Another powerful damage dealer, Buzzwole can stun opponents with Smack Down and Leech Life while you deal damage.

Wigglytuff

Sing and Rollout's ability to stun allow you to quickly take out threats before they can counter. Also, Double Slap is a great assisting damage dealer.
