Build Path
SlashFirst Pick
Dash. Damage. Displacement.
Spark
Dash. Damage. Multiple Uses. (+)HP Vamp (while airborne).
Discharge
AOE damage. Shield. Then: Displacement. Stun. (+)Slow.
Plasma GaleUNITE
AOE damage. Displacement. Increased attack range.
Rocky Helmet
After taking a certain amount of damage, deals Percent Damage to nearby opponents.
Energy Amplifier
After using your Unite Move, you deal extra damage for a short time.
Leftovers
When not in combat, recovers 1% of your HP every second.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.
Stat Boosts
Reflect Damage (Max HP%)

Guide
When you start the battle, select Slash first. Even as a starting move, it does chunks of damage.
Select Spark over Volt Switch. The reason is that Spark allows you to basically not only use Agility twice, but also allows you to jump over foes and low walls, while also dealing damage.
Pick Discharge over Wild Charge. Why you ask? Recoil damage. While I am not doubting Wild Charge at all, and I am sure it is a powerful move, you take damage, and no one likes that. Discharge however, does multiple hits of damage and has a large AOE, basically being a weaker version of Plasma Gale.
I picked X Speed for the battle item because then you can add to Zeraora's already large mobility.
For the held items, I picked Rocky Helmet to deal damage when your health gets low, Energy Amplifier so you can deal extra damage after you put out Plasma Gale and Leftovers to heal overtime so you don't have to worry when in combat.
Works Well With
Snorlax is a strong Pokemon and a great distraction while you do your large damage.
Unlike the other Pokemon, Snorlax can not really be replaced.
Another great distraction, but also helps out with attacking your foes when you are struggling.
If no player has a Lucario, any Pokemon with high mobility and offense will work.
When you get in the battlefield attacking with your moves, Glaceon can help out from far away.
If no player has a Glaceon, any ranged attacker can work.
This build was created in the game version of 1.6.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
