Build Path
BubbleFirst Pick
Damage. Slow.
Water Shuriken
Damage. HP Vamp. Slow. Increases your movement speed.
Double Team
Dash. Distraction. (+)CDR.

Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

Guide
When using Greninja you must start with Bubble, obviously level it well in the Bot Lane, then by default Substitute, when evolving to Frogadier it is essential to change Substitute for Double Equipment, and when arriving at Greninja for Water Shuriken, why, is easy , When using it with those attacks it is difficult for them to lower you by constantly healing yourself with the shuriken, but if you are accompanied and playing well in the Bot Lane, if you play well you can only do the Drednaw, Rotom and in better cases be able to do the Zapdos only. I will update the build according to future adjustments but this is the best. Cheers :)
