Mainly I have played Lucario recently, and he has been very fun now mainly I wanted him to be able to run up to people without his abilities, so I did that. Any Pokemon with a slow will really help this build out.
Works Well With
Slows and freeze, what more could you want. oh wait it is C00T too.
Healing+ATTK go brrrrrrrrrrr.
