Power-Up Punch
Damage. While charging: Defense up. Fully charged: Assassinate. Then: Attack boost (on-hit). (+)Spellproof while charging.
Bone Rush
Damage. Displace. Then: Teleport and damage. (+)Resets cooldowns of other moves.
Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Attack Weight
Permanently increases Attack upon scoring a goal.
Energy Amplifier
After using your Unite Move, you deal extra damage for a short time.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

FIRST PICK
Meteor Smash is stronger than Quick Attack, but if you prefer Quick Attack, why not.
FIRST UPGRADE
Power-Up Punch is very powerful to finish ennemies since it dashes and deals a lot of damage when charged. (it has also a lot of unique properties like the spellproof while charging)
Bone Rush is like multiple dashes in one move, but you can also warp after the move (where the bone that you thrown landed)
It's also very cool since you can reset the cooldown of Power-Up Punch with the upgraded version of it.
UNITE MOVE
Aura Cannon is a very bad UNITE move, wich throws a big ball that deals no damage, because it's Spe. Atk. after using the UNITE move, like others UNITE moves, you get a speed boost.
ITEMS
The Focus Band is making you hard to kill, with some good defense, you will counter auto-attacks pkmn's and resist moves that should kill you immediatly.
The Attack Weight is a scaling item that gives you more Atk depending on the Aoes that you goal but remembrer to goal when you have 10 to 30 Aeos and NOT when you have less than that (because if you do that, your stacks is not valorized, it's like having a lot of little stacks, compared to a lot of medium or large stacks ;
little stacks : Aeos 1-9 ( gives 6 Atk.)
medium stacks : Aeos 10-15 ( gives 9 Atk. )
large stacks : Aeos 16-30 ( gives 12 Atk )
max stacks : 6
So the minimum stacking is : 36 Atk
The medium stackings : 54 Atk
And the maximum is : 84 Atk
It depends on your ability to score enermeous goals, if you manage to have the MAXIMUM stacks during a real game, you'll be a BIG carry for the lane in difficulty and also takes less time to kill objectives like Zapdos or Drednaw.
The Energy Amplifier is the objective of this build ; giving an actual utility for his UNITE move, so with that you get an Atk. Boost + the speed boost that gives you a way to chase ennemies and finish them with the UNITE, or just stealing Zapdos with it.
The Eject Button is always great to have, with a flash, you can do a lot of things, and with Lucario as well, since you he have a lot of dashes, but you can also use it to escape a lost battle or just chasing ennemies to death
(His passive has been debuffed so stay respectful with the ennemy)
Works Well With
Crustle is very good at helping Lucario since he's chunky and Lucario is also a little bit chunky they could do a good duo.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.13. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
