After lv 5 choose shadow claw, it will help lv up faster. With shadow claw, hit with normal attack to reduce cool down, so 2 basic attack then shadow claw. With trick room if gives some buff so when fighting other players, place trick room and use 2 basic the shadow again over and over

When low on health, thisbpokemon will heal and constant heal with help with constantly damaging others
