Guide
(Powder Snow is generally the better first pick because 5 second CD vs 8 second CD but both that and Icy Wind are fine at start.) Score 6 times as fast as possible early and then attack whatever necessary for experience to get yourself to level 15 or as high as possible. Upon reaching level 15, attack only opposing pokemon or objectives. The idea behind this build is to be able to dish out high damage even off of spell cooldown. Boosted attacks from Alolan are essentially the razor claw's missing ranged slow, but all the other benefits are what really matter. The stacking of damage (and that small amount of critical damage) mean that Alolan Ninetales can farm neutrals very fast without casting any spells, allowing the spells to be up as necessary when an opponent arrives. The instantaneous bonus damage is important for defense and secures but the damage over time buffs and combos are how we establish lane or objective dominance. Out secure nearly all opponents (and teammates) by saving using X Attack for that extra chilly winter storm power. Just remember to not hit in 40 seconds before the objective in question, like 2:40 for the 2:00. If you have teammates doing their jobs, you can be extra aggressive in the attacker concept role of this build. Even special attack gets buffed slightly eventually due to the emblem combo boost so remember to get that damage out, the earlier the better.
Works Well With

When Umbreon engages a target, Alolan Ninetales can unload the damage, especially when the opponent over extends or has engaged this tank and has therefore triggered the pair's DPS side to capitalize on the stun or crowd control factor.
