Guide
You start Slash and jump over the base wall to catch the first wild pokemon. You follow him (autoattacking) and whenever you finish it you auto level up your Agility and jump over your nearest primary buff.
Quick tip: if you want to gank a specific lane first, start by the buff close to it so afterwards you finish the other one, jump horizontally using Agility and go to the last wild pokemon giving you level 5 and a huge powerspoke towards the enemy team.
It should be a pretty easy kill whenever you get to make your first gank, after that, try to score some balls and keep farming to get over leveled, helping whenever is needed.
ALWAYS KEEP YOUR R READY FOR ZAPDOS. Being high in level and saving the X Attack and the ultimate for the Zapdos battle will allow you to go straight to score your +100 and enjoy the free ladder climb.
