Guide
I would focus on getting last hits in lane and with Exp. Share, it doesn't matter who gets it anymore.
Eldegoss's passive slows enemies and has fast basic attacks, so Eldegoss works really well with the Red Buff, but please don't steal it from your Jungler unless they are ok with it.
Cotton Spore can know people up, can counter Hoopa's Hyperspace Hole if timed correctly. I find that it's good against many speedsters like Dodrio and messed up their sprint gauge or Zoroark's Feint Attack or something like that. Also since Cotton Guard got nerfed, I like Cotton Spore more.
Pollen Puff is way better than Leaf Tornado. Sometimes it can be hard to Pollen Puff your allies especially if they move fast like Dodrio since the range of that move is not very far. Be sure to heal yourself, and if your group is all together, just put it on yourself and move to the middle to hit all of your teammates.
Other good held items: Rapid-fire Scarf, Focus Band
Other good battle items: X attack, Potion
