Guide

Tricky to master but extremely powerful.
Weakness policy isn’t necessary but still getting a bunch of damage buffs when taking damage can really turn the tide when your facing high health enemies. Razor claw combos with surging strikes main use which is when you use your boosted attack surging strikes cool down is reduced by 2 seconds this also counts when you use surging strikes first use because after using surging strikes first use or first dash make sure to use your basic attack before second use of surging strikes because your basic attack becomes a boosted attack after using first use of surging strikes meaning when you use your second use the cool down will be reduced by 2 seconds after your third use make sure to do this in between each use before cool down to be able to use this move over and over again and razor claw will add damage to those basic attacks. Rapid fire scarf will increase your basic attack speed for a bit after 3 basic attacks allowing more basic attacks which allows for more cool down reduction. Liquidation should be used right before surging strikes so you gain a shield while performing surging strikes combo. Full heal will make it so your unite move can be used much more easily because your unite move can be canceled out really easily. Your unite move can deal extremely high damage if used correctly. Remember ALWAYS USE FULL HEAL BEFORE SECOND USE OF THE UNITE MOVE.(or before both uses if you want) use your surging strikes combo as many times as possible to unite move can do maximum damage though make sure to not let the time limit run out or your unite move will end then and there without the second use meaning no barrage of damage.

More amazing held items for urshifu (rapid strike style)

Attack weight: recommend to use instead of weakness policy as it increases damage whenever you score a goal but your choice.

Muscle band: higher enemy’s health is more damage you deal making it so you deal more damage to tanks.

Focus band: whenever you take damage you start to heal 11% of that damage for 3 seconds giving you more durability.
