Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.

Increases Attack based on damage received.

Temporarily increases your Attack, Sp. Attack, and Basic Attack Speed.

This build is centered on dealing high burst damage using Wicked Blow and Ebon Fist. It's best to go to the jungle with this build since having a decent level advantage makes it easier for Urshifu to burst down targets.
Razor Claw increases Urshifu's attack damage each time it uses a move, and it works great with Urshifu's Boosted Attacks thanks to the item's slow effect. Scope Lens is ideal for the build since it increases Urshifu's critical-hit rate and damage via its attacks. Weakness Policy gives a nice balance of HP and damage, and improves Urshifu's burst damage potential. If durability is a problem, replace Scope Lens with Focus Band instead for increased defenses and a passive suvivability tool.
X Attack gives Urshifu another source of damage, but it can also act as a brawling tool thanks to the attack speed increase. However, considering how slow Urshifu's movement speed is, X Speed can be a good alternative.
The build's Boost Emblem loadout should consist of 6 Brown emblems for maximum damage and 4 emblems of any color. Equip Emblems that increase Attack or Critical-Hit Rate to maximize Wicked Blow's damage. Feel free to trade Sp. Atk for any of the other stats.
Works Well With
The stun from thunderbolt it handy. Electro ball is a good finisher move because it deals more damage the lower the opponents HP is.
The sleep effect of sing makes it easy to nerf opponents
This build was created in the game version of 1.7.1.7. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
