Unite Move Damage Increase

Guide

I love Elde now. She's like Pikachu but tanky, and you don't even need to goal half the time because bodyblocking and killing everyone while your team is scoring is far more valuable than scoring yourself. (Apart from a few specific situations.)

Keep in mind when you are learning to Micro (Short for learning Elde's mechanical skill and general fighting tactics) you'll need to learn how to aim on fast moving enemies and allies as well as using your Pollen Puff as a mine to deal the best damage you can. Aim to attach your puff to melee Pokémon if you can as they are the ones closest to an enemy at any time and take a lot of damage. Don't be afraid to use an alt if you aren't confident in using Elde at your rank. Cotton Spore can be deadly but use it carefully as you'll be in the center of a fight most of the time after you use it.

Now for Macro. Give most of your exp to the All-Rounder/Support/Jungler in the bottom lane, you'll get big exp anyway off of enemy kills and a well-timed Altaria confirm or center Altaria. Always prioritize Regileki, Registeel or Regice, and watch the map and the opposing team carefully to see their levels and their strategy. If you can't watch the map well, use the minimap on the top left as it gives just as much info. If the enemy team is about to fight your team with all of their Unites ready, Unite yourself and reposition all of them to throw their strategy out the window as the ones that are now alone get ganked by your team (and you).
Keep in mind in the late game you'll need to watch shield pokemon like Blissey, as they cannot be launched by your Unite. You can also absolutely tank the 30% damage increase and MELT Rayquaza shields with upgraded moves, so don't be afraid to whittle out any goalers.
Health is the recommended emblems for Elde, as it makes her tanky enough to lane with Gren who easily melts everything in its path. (below.) If Gren doesn't show or you know it'll avoid your lane, switch to Spc Atk emblems.

Works Well With

Zeraora

Zera is surprisingly strong with Elde when it comes to confirming lanes, since the puff damage changes, rises and lowers with Pokémon's Atk and Spc. Atk (I think??? I see big red damage numbers when I attach it to Zera) and also inflicts slow, allowing Zera to nuke most pokemon and allowing you to get some sweet sweet Exp.

Slowbro

This defender is now a living wall and works wonders with your healing. Plus, if it chooses Telekinesis, it's free damage, who wouldn't pass that up?

Greninja

Grenninja is the king of dealing massive damage, and you are basically a tank. This is more preferable with health builds, but it still works just as well because of the slow and stun you can do.
