You can go Sp. Atk. Specs if you want snowball but you are not as tanky so less Confusion Guard swap combos which is less damage. So Sp .Atk. Specs is a worse than assault vest for try harding but its better for fun.

Works Well With
Cramorant can set up for mr mime with whirlpool and surf.
You just stun lock someone and snorlax and mr mime do decent damage so its really good
