Guide

Your goal is to get to level 4 as fast as possible. You want to get the wild audino/indeene at the middle before the enemy, that way you can get level 4 faster and steal their exp. After getting level 4, you can dominate the bottom lane if you have a partner. You could even do it yourself if you're skilled enough.

After level 4, you should focus on destroying the bottom lane goal zone, or defending if your goal zone is near the breaking point. Now you'll want to get to level 6 to get future sight to destroy everything, before heading to an objective or going to steal enemy jungle.

Side note, don't forget to rotate to the middle birds, I mean the swablu and altaria. These give a lot of exp that can really make a difference in the end, plus you don't want the enemy team to get that exp at all.

At the 5 minute mark is when things start to really heat up. By this time you should be level 9 through 12. It all depends on how the game has been going for you so far. The important thing is that you now can use your Psychic Solare move. This move allows you to keep up the enemy in a certain range and knock them away. This may not seem like much, but trust me it's vital.
You can use it at defending your goal zones if the enemies have gotten the main objective (Zapdos/Rayquaza), or you can use it as a panic option if you're in a dire team fight, you can use it to push forward. It's incredibly valuable to have.

Sorry if this is overwhelming, I'm trying my best to not put too much info at one place but it's hard. Back to the guide.

Using future sight as a killing option is great, but if you put on someone who just died before it landed, you get to use psyshock again. This pretty much allows you to kill anything that comes near if you've done it. If you're on a major battle use psyshock to deal damage and future sight anyone trying to escape.

Focus band may seem a bit weird at first but it's very helpful in 1v1s and that durability can come in handy. Wise glasses and Choice specs increase offensive power, which is an absolute must have for espeon. The eject button is in case of emergency.

Espeon is a long range attacker, so front liners help it out, and defenders are amazing with espeon.

Works Well With

Mamoswine

Strong defender to take hit's for espeon.

Trevenant

Same as mamoswine, although more tanky.

Talonflame

Fast jungler that fights up close, very helpful in distracting enemies.
