Dash. Attack Speed up. Then: Dash back.
Discharge
AOE damage. Shield. Then: Displacement. Stun. (+)Slow.
Plasma GaleUNITE
AOE damage. Displacement. Increased attack range.
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Fluffy Tail
Stuns nearby wild Pokémon, making them take more damage.

This build is more of a Physical build that will be able to Boost Crits, Basic attacks will do more damage, and being able to move around the jungle more freely with Float Stone when not in combat. Fluffy tail is good to get levels quicker at first so you can start to gank fights in other lanes!
Works Well With
Being able to freeze other Pokemon for you to deal insane amount of Damage makes Ninetails a great partner!
It's Snorlax... The Mon is insane... Have him, Yawn, to set you up and the rest is history.
