AOE damage. Muscle Gauge increases by 1 for each hit.
Superpower
Consumes all Muscle Gauge. AOE damage.
Lunge
AOE damage. Enfeeble. Haste. Muscle Gauge increases by 1 for each hit.
Ultra Swole SlamUNITE
AOE damage. Then: Targets lowest HP among hit.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.

Superpower does massive damage with a stacked muscle gauge and can also be used to reposition an enemy, such as pulling them off of their goal
Lunge makes it easier to engage an enemy, also combos into superpower for easy KOs
Muscle band increases basic attack speed so your muscle gauge fills up faster
Focus band allows for more reliable survivability in any situation
Razor claw slowing enemies makes it harder for them to escape
X speed for faster engagement or reliable escape
