Guide

This build allows for both aggressive play and defensive play, either switching on the fly or having a mixture of the two.

Early game priorities are:
-Bully top lane
-Bully top lane
-Did I mention bully top lane???
Don't go too deep for scores, just deprive the enemy of as much xp as possible. Combo boosted-Tackle-boosted for maximum aggression if need be. Hang back in goal with rest to quickly heal without wasting berries for your lane partner.

Mid-game allows you to start switching up playstyles. You could stall with Block until you deplete all the enemies' moves and get to just the right hp percent to activate Flail and wail on em. Or you could use Flail to run behind and push enemies into your team with Block. Or momentarily pop Block to stop an ult and run away with Flail. The possibilities are endless honestly. Though you should still play with your team during this, as this build is still easily bullyable by mons such as Cinder. Attend Dred and use ult to further deprive the enemy of xp and potentially send some back to their spawn.

Late-game, same deal. Though I do recommend saving ult for the Zap fight. The aoe shove is hella useful and the extra shield and damage you can still play good defensive or offensive after the ult ends.

Works Well With

Decidueye

Snorlax can be the big distraction to keep enemies away from Deci as he pelts Shackles from the back, and Deci can knock out any extra targets that Snorlax can't afford to catch up to/contest with any longer.

Gardevoir

Block can help set up Gard's devastating aoe moves, and Snorlax's early game bully playstyle helps Gard level up faster.
