Your main goal for this build is to be the main source of peel and CC for your team. Aside from the Defender's hard crowd control moves, you provide a cushion for when those moves don't hit.
Electro Ball and Thunderbolt provide AOE stun and damage that are good enough to peel most shields, and with Energy Amplifier and Shell Bell, you can cast those moves at least 2-4 times in one team clash.
This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
