Here is my stuff in a game with Greninja NO CAP
Water Shuriken can heal you or life steal so there is most of the time no need to go back to base and heal by hitting wild pokemon instead and you can stay in the battle longer

When you reach Lv. 7, use your Standard Attack or Water Shuriken to weaken your opponents. In particular, the timing of Water Shuriken is crucial as it can deal huge damage when all Shuriken hit one target.
Use Double Team to Confuse Opponents
When engaging enemies, do not use Double Team immediately. Try to preserve it as a means of escaping in case the battle goes bad. However, if you know that the target Pokemon is weak or you can overpower it, you can use these moves cut their escape and finish them off.
Greninja isn't as fast as the other attackers, but you can use Double Team to traverse the jungle quickly when rotating or supporting another lane. Make sure to use it early or near the middle, as you want to have it ready by the time you enter combat.
When you are using Water Shuriken and Double Team as your moveset, hunting down Wild Pokemon will be easier. With this, always prioritize eliminating Drednaw, Rotom, and Zapdos to give your team a huge boost when they aren't being contested.
Substitute ► Bubble
Chip away the opponents' health with Bubble, then flee using Substitute as soon as they retaliate. You can also chase targets down by using Substitute to teleport towards them instead.

Works Well With
Can setup your moves with disables
All of Greninja damage moves are skill shots, which requires you to have good aim or else you might miss the move. This is where Wigglytuff comes in. They have some of the best disables in the game, making it easier for Greninja to land moves.
Greninja is great at dealing damage but is fragile. Having defenders to protect him keeps him alive in fights longer.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.9. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
