Guide

While Cinderace is flexible in which lane he can go to, as the game state currently is, he's at his best in the Jungle due to being able to power spike heavily, with a natural crit rate of 30% at Level 9 allowing him to be a Hyper Attack Damage Carry (ADC). With him being in the Jungle, most of the time Level 9 will be reached before first Drednaw.

Low Sweep is the starting move to get past the center wall while getting a quick shot at Lillipup as well. As for the main moves, either Pyro Ball or Blaze Kick can work, with the choice coming down to preference, this build running Pyro Ball which thanks to the buffs to both the damage and cooldown, is now on par with Blaze Kick. Feint on the other hand is mandatory due to the full second of invincibility and speed boost it provides. While Pyro Ball + is better for synergy with Feint due to reducing the cooldown for Feint (or Flame Charge if for some reason that gets picked which should never happen even after the cooldown buff) by two seconds every time it hits at least one target, Blaze Kick + is better for damage due to increasing the speed of Basic Attacks, so keep these in mind when choosing between the two options.

As far as Hold Items go, Cinderace is the only Pokemon where Muscle Band is a viable option due to the increased Basic Attack Speed which also stacks with Blaze Kick + but this can also be swapped out for Buddy Barrier, which is preferred here for consistent team fight survivability. Scope Lens and Razor Claw are mandatory due to improving the already high crit rate up to 38.1% improving his ADC potential.

Full Heal is not only Cinderace's best Battle Item, it's also easily the best Battle Item in the game due to curing CC and providing CC Immunity. While X Attack and Eject Button have seen use, they don't help nearly as much in comparison, especially since there will be times where Feint is needed but it's stuck on cooldown.

Works Well With

Lucario

Lucario in general is amazing on every team, providing insane damage, some back pocket CC, and being able to solo in Lane. Just make sure it's running Extreme Speed and Bone Rush with Full Heal, no exceptions.

Blissey

Helping Hand provides faster Basic Attack and Movement Speed allowing Cinderace to be an even more effective ADC in team fights than it already is, while Safeguard provides extra CC Immunity allowing Cinderace to conserve Feint and/or Full Heal until it's absolutely necessary.

Cramorant

Despite the Surf and Unite damage nerfs, Cramorant with Hurricane and Surf still provides a strong CC combo, allowing Cinderace to secure kills or objectives much easier while opponents are stuck in the combo.
