Guide

A popular strategy from the Chinese beta has been to take entire teams around the map as a single unit, obliterating everything in your way. Eldgegoss is the perfect complement to this strategy.

Really early in the match, at level 4, you gain access to Leaf Tornado. Take out wild Pokémon and participate in skirmishes when they appear to rush this move. The moment you have it ready, gather one or more team mates and use it to boost your movement speed around the arena.

Seek and destroy opponents like this and you'll gain an unstoppable lead in experience points and Aeos points. Your goal isn't so much to do damage yourself, but to keep your team healed to survive battles.

In a pinch, you can use Leaf Tornado as an escape. Fire it toward safety to let your team outrun danger.

Works Well With

Pikachu

Pikachu's stuns help catch opponents on the run, doubling down on this strategy.

Cinderace

Most of its moves are gap closers, allowing it to keep up with you and deal damage.
