Esta Build utiliza a grande mobilidade do Lucario graças aos seus dois golpes que podem fazer dele uma máquina de atacar de qualquer lado. Os oponentes acharão difícil atacar devido ao atordoamento de Bone Rush, seu oponente provavelmente cairá antes mesmo de saber o que o atingiu. A desvantagem é que para utilizar totalmente o poder desta build, você teria que atualizar Bone Rush, que só ocorrerá quando você atingir o nível 7, que será um pouco tarde no jogo.
Power-Up Punch será seu movimento principal aqui, pois aumenta seu Standard Attack e Bone Rush irá atordoar seus oponentes no lugar.
