Guide

**Warning**
I get it alright, "this makes no sense" "Blastoise should never be played with HP he deals so much damage." Alright I am not gonna claim I am a pro and I am shifting the meta here, however if you want to climb out of low ranks and maybe get a bit higher, I solo queued and used nothing but Blastoise with this build to get all the way up from Beginner to Ultra rank in a week.

**Reasoning behind the build**
Here's the reasoning as to why this build can work for you:
This build prioritizes survivability in lane and the ability of constantly be an nuisance to the enemy team being a big damaging threat and also being incredibly bulky.
Blastoise has a massive amount of damage even with just shell bell you will still be able to burst down nearly any Pokemon with the water spout, rapid spin, water spout chase, while also healing and keeping yourself alive (Because lets be honest, most of the time your supports will be busy throwing autos at the enemy instead of healing or shielding if you are in beginner all the way up to veteran, those of you supports that don't do that I love you all and I am glad you are there!).

**Items WARNING**
Leftovers and AV should not be leveled up if you do not use them on any other Pokemon, or unless you are absolutely committing to this which I would not do if I were you.

**In lane play**
While being in lane, having AV and leftovers will allow you to constantly be able to poke without caring too much about the enemy poking you back, yes we all get healing if we stand on our goal I get it, however being able to heal just while farming your lane if you use your moves properly by keeping Pokemon away with water gun and avoid taking damage can be pretty useful to be a nuisance to the enemy team.
Always make sure to not use skull bash to go in unless you can absolutely win a fight, if you don't think you can, DO NOT ever charge in. (it is important to note, when using skull bash always try to make sure you dash PAST the enemy and push them to your side with water gun afterwards, as this will give your ally time to hit them with some autos or possibly even a skill allowing you to secure KOs easily.)
At some point in a losing game you might feel like you are falling behind, this is okay always remember your power spikes are level 7 when you get rapid spin + water spout and level 9 as you get to Blastoise and get a really good boost in your stats, always remember if you are behind do your best to farm and do not try to keep fighting, there is nothing worse than throwing yourself at enemies you cannot beat as this will just make them stronger while frustrating yourself.

**Team Fighting**
Always remember that you are a damage dealer but you are also super tanky with this build, which will allow you to go for rapid spin + water spout to get in the middle of the enemy team and use your unite to get a multiple man knockup, this will in turn allow your team to deal damage no matter how bad that Cinderace on your team can be

Works Well With

Alolan Ninetales

Ninetale's CC will allow you to get close and use your combo for maximum damage.

Crustle

Crustle's wall can help you trap opponents and deal massive damage.

Wigglytuff

Wigglytuff can keep targets immobilized long enough for you to unload your autos and combo for KO's.
