unless you are HORRIBLE at steering psyshocks, psyshock is better.
future sight does 1,5x the damage of 1 psyshock which means if u land 2 psyshocks, you get more damage than future sight alone.
moonblast stuns, does aoe and gives a shield while upgraded. what does psychic do? slow. and aoe but moonblast has that too.

STRATEGY
if you are laning, for the love of yes PLEASE DO NOT LANE WITH A GIBLE. ESPECIALLY BOT LANE.
both are late game bloomers which means they need a lot of xp to be good.
if both are in the same lane, that means trouble since they'll be bullied ez and cant defend themselves. (maybe gible can, ralts def not)
they are preferred in the jungle but if laning, go with a tank or someone who can cc.
also, the reason i said dont go bot lane is because drednaw is there. lose your 1st goal, cool you cant heal while fighting while they can.
