you'll need to go bottom lane with a good teammate preferably with the recommended teammate and play safe until you get dragon rush so that you can play a little more aggressive and try to teleport to an enemy and push him to the tower afterward your teammate can push/stun the enemy to stop any chance to survive and since Garchomp is a late-game pokemon he can use the early exp to thrive in the early and late game.
you can also change the Energy Amplifier to an assault west for more survivability in exchange for more cooldown and less unite move damage
side note: get dragon rush as fast as possible and not recommended in solo Q

can be good with sing as well as having an exp share as a supp
has a wall to stop the enemy from escaping and a freeze with a push
the stuns from slowbro are perfect for you to chip away the enemies health
