Increases the damage of special attacks.

Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

This Build makes him lean more towards being an attacker, however if you do this you'll be sure to KO the competition.

Muscle Band makes his basic attacks stronger
Wise Glasses boost his CD Moves
Shell Bell keeps him healed
And Eject Button will make escaping certain death all the easier

Start an encounter by using water spout
Then use rapid spin (which resets water spout)
And hold water spout till it runs out.

Do this and you'll surely take the dub.

Works Well With

Blissey can provide much needed healing in a drawn out fight.

Machamp can get close so Blastoise is free to hang back and destroy from afar.

Snorlax provides a great defensive cover for Blastoise when it's time to retreat.
