This build are support the hybrid game play style, depend on how your team play
Lucario can be strong at lv.5 and peak at lv.10 then drop down so i usually take farm to 5 then roaming around as fast as i can and never stop try to make a goal
Works Well With
With great CC he has it's a good combo at early game
Lucario can leave the middle lane at lv.5 so garchomp can take his place to speed up the level up
