I haven't actually used this build but I think it would be pretty good
Build Path
Meteor MashFirst Pick
Damage. Displacement.
Extreme Speed
Dash. Damage. Near an opponent: Heal. Instant cooldown. (+)Attack up.
Bone Rush
Damage. Displace. Then: Teleport and damage. (+)Resets cooldowns of other moves.
Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Score Shield
Receive a shield while charging up to score a goal. While shielded, incoming attacks will not stop you from charging up.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.
Stat Boosts
Shield (Upon Unite)

Fyi I haven't actually used this build at all and don't know if it's trash. I'm just messing around in the builder. Try it out and see if it's good or not if you want xD
What really matters with this build is the items. These are what will keep you alive. Focus Band pairs really well with Lucario's passive. Score Shield is nice for the extra HP (oh yeah, and also the actual score shield. almost forgot to mention that). Buddy Barrier is also mainly used for the HP boost, but shield is nice. Float Stone is a nice alternative. I recommend taking Meteor Smash for the raw damage. Or is it mash? In actual Pokemon games I think it's mash. Maybe I'm just an idiot.
Ok so I just looked it up and it's mash. I think pokemonunite.gg messed up there.
Anyways, getting back to Lucario.
I recommend Extreme Speed and Bone Rush, as they will help you escape sticky situations easier. The moves don't matter much though, so you can pick whatever you want.
