This build allows for aggressive play while being a balanced attacker for your top lane defender partner.
We get Razor Leaf first to burst your farm. Both Sludge Bomb and Giga Drain are great options and each should be considered dependent on who your facing top lane and your lane partner. Most of the time, however, Sludge Bomb will be the go to as it goes in Tandem with Petal Dance and overall deals more damage. Sludge Bomb decreases the opposing Pokémons movements speed and special defense. When Petal Dance is used immediately after, Venusaur increases its movement speed to stay on top of the opposition and takes advantage of their decreased special defense to deal massive special attack damage.
Shell Bell and Wise Glasses add to this effect by increasing Venusaurs special attack while Assault Vest keeps Venusaur in the game with extra heath and and increase in its worst defense stat.
Eject Button and X-Attack are great options depending on team composition.

This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
