Build Path

Damage. Slow.
Water Shuriken
Damage. HP Vamp. Slow. Increases your movement speed.
Smokescreen
Invisible. Movement Speed up. Attack boost. (+)Increased Attack upon reveal.
Waterburst ShurikenUNITE
AOE damage and Slow. Then AOE damage. Displacement. Then: Dash.
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Assault Vest
When out of combat, gain a percentage of your maximum health as a shield that blocks special attacks.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

This build allows for aggressive play while being a balanced attacker with your top lane defender.
Bubble first always. Smokescreen and Water Shuriken are the most consistent combo. While Surf is nice with its cooldown rest after knock outs, I find it inconsistent. Water Shuriken provides higher damage overall and is more consistent plus once upgraded you get additional attacks which means more damage and HP.
Float Stone and Muscle Band give the added boost to attack while Assault Vest beefs up Greninjas dismal health and buffs its worst defense.
Eject Button and X-Attack are the best options. Read team composition for your decision.

This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
