Eldegoss is a pretty nice support, as it boasts many tools in its kit. You can pack double sustain with Pollen Puff and Cotton Guard's heal and shield, or go for a more offensive variant with Leaf Tornado, which can boost the speed of teammates to engage or flee and makes Eldegoss less passive. The latter is what will be focused on with this build.

Early, you want Leafage as your first pick, as it is actually pretty strong and thus allows you to weaken the Aipom for your lane mate easier. You don't need to finish the Aipoms off, as the shared exp. should be enough and your lane mate needs it more than you. You need to arrive at the Audino located on top of the lane as quickly as possible. Once Synthesis is unlocked, you can accompany your lane mate on his first kills, healing and weakening the opposition whenever needed.

Leaf Tornado will be chosen over Pollen Puff upon evolving. Leaf Tornado is actually more offensively leaned than Pollen Puff, which makes Eldegoss less passive, especially since it is a strong move. Its speed-boosting capabilities can let your lane mates catch up to opposing Pokémon that would try to flee quite easily. Physical Pokémon such as Machamp and Lucario will feel extremely thankful. With Leaf Tornado, you can also weaken or steal wild Pokémon or neutral objectives such as Drednaw and Rotom.

Despite its nerf, Cotton Guard actually still feels like enough sustain not to invalidate Leaf Tornado as a choice. Accompanying heavy damage dealers such as Junglers and your lane mate in their assault with this move is especially great, all the more as thanks to Leaf Tornado and your boosted auto attacks, you can also actively help in wearing down the opposition. The combination of Leaf Tornado and Cotton Guard should let you buy time when confronted on your goal with dead teammates.

Leaf Tornado can also help getting you or your mates somewhere on the map quicker. This is especially handy when you must prevent late-game dunks from sneaky Greninjas.

When swarmed, Eldegoss' UNITE move can come in clutch to get the upper hand in a teamfight. Its shoving capabilities, as well as its sustain and Buddy Barrier's shield is a godsend. You should use it when a teamfight is about to go wrong. You should keep in mind that Cotton Guard's shield can be used on top of Drednaw's and the UNITE move's shields. It can really turn the tide in your favor during Score Shield dunks or long teamfights notably.

Buddy Barrier is a must-have on all Support Pokémon. Your UNITE move really likes the extra utility it adds. The Focus Band allows for clutch sustain in tough fights. Muscle Band allows you to quickly rack up damage for your allies, especially in conjunction with Leaf Storm. This chip damage comes in handy most of the times.

The Eject Button is such a good item that you can't go wrong with it. It can allow you to evade dire situations pretty easily and to phase through walls for Zapdos dunks.
