This Lucario set is certainly not usual but I've been getting plenty of mileage out of it and so I've decided to upload this build. It focuses on having a very strong early-game and probably the best ability to chase in the entire game, without question. Bone Rush+'s effect also allows Lucario to keep up in 1v1s lategame.
Extreme Speed is an amazingly oppressive move earlygame. It makes for some easy 1v2s, can function as both a chase and an escape tool, and is also great for stealing spawns. Midgame espeed falls off a bit, but still has a great utility in the form of annihilating vespiquen hives, which allows you to levelup very quickly.
When using Espeed, you'll want to try and make sure it lands. It's easier to use than Power-up Punch, yes, but it is surprisingly easy to not land your boosted attack, or outright miss the second espeed. Should go without saying, but against gengars/machamps, try to use it as an escape tool more often.
Bone Rush is a great approach tool that makes it impossible to run away from Lucario, and when upgraded it helps Lucario not fall off as bad. Unlike Espeed, which is mandatory for this set, some matchups prefer Close Combat's increased damage (although CC is significantly harder to fully land on mobile targets, whilst Bone Rush is fairly easy).
The items aren't too complicated to figure out. Focus Band in conjecture with Eject Button and Lucario's shield makes you very difficult to properly kill. Energy Amplifier + Buddy Barrier is there to make your Unite move more useful, although the amplifier can certainly be swapped out for another item.
Set Strengths: Extraordinarily easy Earlygame, highest mobility/chase in PUnite, Great Survivability:
Weaknesses: Not the best in teamfights outside of some lucky espeed spam, falls off lategame
Works Well With
Very good laning partner, helps keep Lucario alive for an obnoxiously long time when combined with the shield.
Telekinesis pairs very well with Espeed spam and the CC is overall excellent and helps Lucario a lot.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
