Guide

(Please excuse the incredibly cringey short description).
Ehem, in this guide you want to begin with Meteor Mash, a move good for early fights with opposition and a way to clear the jungle. I would like to point out that Quick Attack may be a better choice, since you can jump over the Jungle Wall, but it takes much longer to clear your Jungle buffs, hence the reason I chose Meteor Mash for this build.
As you will see in nearly every other Lucario build, people aren't too fond of Extreme Speed. I personally think it is a great move because:
1) It does heal you, but that's not a big factor.
2) Extreme Speed+ raises attack(as can be seen on left)
3) It's the main carry of this build
So, Extreme Speed is a good choice because it dashes quite far away and is a good escape, as well as a good way to catch up to enemies, so I feel this move is underrated. Bone Rush is a great move choice simply due to how the move is executed, with physical strike, then a special attack, then the ability to warp back to the place of previous damage, like an upgraded Volt Switch. Its + ability is also good.
Now onto how this strategy works. You may have realized, I haven't mentioned Lucario's Unite Move, Aura Cannon. . You can use this special move to finish off battles, and does companionate slightly with Bone Rush's use in this build and can be used in it's place when urgent, such as cooldown and opposing push. Now that that's out of the way, let me begin with Bone Rush. After being a high level, you want to be a camping attacker, like Machamp-Camp, but more of a hit and run, a good ward off. Bone rush and then Extreme Speed+Eject Button. Get far away from the opponent, after scaring it off. You can use Bone Rush then Unite before running away. Before you say I'm an idiot for listing Lucario as a defender, I would like to say that Lucario's purpose here is to defend goal zones from opponents using it's attacks, like a defensive camp. Remember to stay in your sides bush to camp, ideally on the top side(I find more people prefer to finish the top rather than bottom, probably because of Rotom and Drednaw). You can use moves in the same order to pressure opponents out, but that could be done better with other movesets mentioned such Power Punch and Close Combat.
