Build Path
Quick AttackFirst Pick
Damage.
Power-Up Punch
Damage. While charging: Defense up. Fully charged: Assassinate. Then: Attack boost (on-hit). (+)Spellproof while charging.
Bone Rush
Damage. Displace. Then: Teleport and damage. (+)Resets cooldowns of other moves.
Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

This build allows for aggressive play while being a balanced all-rounder for your bottom lane support partner.
Quick Attack is always first as it allows you to kill steal the jungle and lane pokemon. Power-Up Punch and Bone Rush are easily the best move combo for Lucario. Both can be used as escapes and both an be used to dive in and secure kills. True balance.
Muscle Band and Float Stone allow for increased damage overall with Float Stone giving Lucario much needed movement speed. Focus Band looks the protect Lucario from both of its lacking defenses while securing Lucarios ability to survive fights and live another when escape is the only option.
Works Well With
With Slowbro using telekinesis, you can easily secure kills.
Eldegoss with the heals and shield keep you in the fight and allow for easier escapes to tower when needed.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
