Guide
Freeze the enemy team from a distance and rule the (team)fight!
(also keeps enemies like those irritating zoroark and meowscarada away from you.)
Guide:
Level 1-5: Defeat as much wild pokémon as you can during this period because you are ineffective in fights at the beginning. You can keep enemies away from goal zone with slows.
Level 5 - 10: You can start getting bits more aggresive when having avalanche (don't forget staying in the frontline!) and blow enemies away from the site where your team secures an objective. Even with Unite move, stay calm at this rate, as you are vurnerable.
Level 10+: Go do what you're supposed to do: freeze enemies for your team, guard either the rayquaza site or the goal zone, and unleash your unite moves when needed. You can go lots more aggresive on this rate, with shell bell heal, and full heal immunity.
Choice specs because you want to do much damage.
Energy Amplifier because you want do boom with your unite.
Shell bell to keep you some bit safer and reduce cooldowns.
Have fun playing ninetales!
