Quick Attack is vital to jump over the first wall and clear your jungle camps, after clearing the camps, you should be able to upgrade to Power-Up Punch (PuP) which synergises well with Bone Rush as late game it cancels the cooldown for PuP and his Unite move also buffs the damage. It's range can also be extended mid move with Eject Button.
Bone Rush is ideal as it can be used as a get off me tool or fly in on an opponent as the second casting teleports you to the bone (keep in mind the bone can't be thrown over walls).
Once you have scored your attack will be maxed out meaning that you will be doing big damage for the rest of the game.
The general combo of Lucario is PuP to fly in, auto-attack to knock up, Bone Rush to continue the pressure and then PuP to finish off.
Aura Cannon is good for initiating team fights or catching retreating opponents.
