You start with quick attack to phase through the wall at the beginning to get to jungle. You can also start with astonish, it will just take slightly longer. This is a dragapult centered around basic attacks, where you mark people with the ball and then host your dance party. X attack to further boost your basic attack speed, and your items should also do a fair job with helping your basic attack momentum as well.
