Speeding Killer Zoroark - TakeoEX
I use this build often when using Zoroark and it is a great build
Build Path
Fury SwipesFirst Pick
Damage. CDR.
Shadow Claw
Damage. Stun (near). Displacement (far).
Nightfall DazeUNITE
Float Stone
Move faster when not in combat.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Weakness Policy
Increases Attack based on damage received.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.
Stat Boosts
Guide
First out of the spawn, you head up and past the first wild pokemon and move to the second to prevent stealing as most people just go for the first one. Then you stay at top lane to wait for the special pokemon to appear (like rotom). Finally, Just sweep your opponents with the build.

Blissey is a great support to heal and increase AS with the right setup.
