This leafeon build is built to maximize leaf blade damage and weave through complicated attacks. It's high speed lets it scout areas out and get away unharmed. It does best with bulky teammates that can do at least 1/4th of the enemies HP and stay alive in the process so Leafeon can pop in and finish things off.
Make sure to have the charge charm filled before using leaf blade.
