The AD boosts from the held items allows you to easily KO enemies who are unaware of Zeraora's very strong power in the early game, and its great because it also won't fall back in late game because of the critical damage and Zeraora's unite move, Plasma Gale.
Works pretty well with Defender Pokémon with crowd control like Snorlax or any healing Support Pokémon in your team such as Eldegoss and Slowbro using Telekinesis.
Volt Switch and Discharge allow you to fight for yourself, even without Support and Defender Pokémon, but if you are up against 3 enemies or more without your Unite Move, you can use Volt Switch to run away.
I like to go to the central lane and kill the wild Pokémon in this order:
Lillipup first, then Ludicolo, then Bouffalant and then Corphish. The Fluffy Tail item really helps with doing this fast, its also works on Rotom, Dreadnaw and Zapdos.
After this I like to go to bottom or top lane, whichever you are more comfortable with to get more levels. After this, I then lurk in central area, gank, -> score (if I can) -> recall -> repeat, also pitching in to kill Rotom, Drednaw and Zapdos when I can.

Works Well With
Slowbro can bound enemies, making them a free kill for you.
Snorlax's crowd control makes it work pretty well in almost all team compositions.
Eldegoss can heal you and your teammates in teamfights while you pretty much spam your abilities.
This build was created in the game version of 1.1.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
